Refunds (less a 10% administration fee) can be issued when written notice of cancellation is received 7 days prior to the event.
All cancellations must be in writing (by email firstname.lastname@example.org).
No refunds will be issued if cancellation is received with less than 7 days notice.
When 7 days written notice is given of cancellation the registered person can use the full credit for another event. (The credit must be used within 4 months.)
If the IABC NSW Chapter cancels the event, the credit can be used for another event or a full refund will be issued. An administration fee will NOT be charged.
